
The Old Original Bookbinder’s has established the
following guidelines for private parties and group
functions. If you choose a banquet menu, you and your
guests will have your own dedicated staff as well as your
own dedicated chef for groups of 16 or more.
Luncheon and dinner functions may select from one of
our four banquet menu options. We request that you
make your final menu and wine selections two weeks
before your event. Please call Lynne Cohen at

Alcoholic beverage selections will be formatted to your
specifications and we will price by consumption. Soft
drinks are available for $2.00 per person with a refill.
Coffee and tea are included in the banquet menu price
per person.
In the evening, the John Archer, Tobacco Row, Courtyard
and Riverfront rooms may be reserved up to six months
in advance, for private dinners, seven nights a week.
Room minimum and guaranteed Food and Beverage
amounts apply; see each individual room description for
minimums.
Billing, which will be one check for the entire group,
including 11% tax and 20% gratuity, will be payable at
the end of the event. We accept company checks, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express or cash for final payment.
January through November reservations require a signed
contract by noon seven days in advance of your event. A
guaranteed final guest count is required by noon the day
before your event. Please note that if the guest count
drops after that time, or if you fail to call in a final guest
count by the time stated, your final bill will include
charges for unattended guests.
A legible copy of your credit card must accompany your
contract, along with an authorized signature. Please copy
your credit card on a separate piece of paper and please
clearly write the number. Charges will not be applied to
your card unless you fail to cancel at least seven days in
advance of your reservation and then a $500 cancellation
fee will apply.
**December reservations for groups of 16 or more
guests require a $300 non-refundable deposit
within 48 hours of making your reservation.
Please be aware that having established these guidelines,
we would be pleased to work with you to design a
program to suit your group’s needs.
