Opening in spring of 2007, Bookbinder's Sushi Bar brings a new edge to our modern seafood experience. This natural progression of Bookbinder's menu offers new options to our guests and delivers a culinary experience from east to west.
Set underneath a famed antique chandelier, the round granite sushi bar showcases toro tuna, hamachi, octopus, salmon, hirame fluke, and daily additions. Focusing on the subtleness of taste and the artistic presentation, Sushi Chef Adan executes a flawless sushi experience with each dish.
The signature "Booker Roll" includes the meat from a whole lobster, sure to impress even the experienced seafood diner. Try the "Trio of Hand Rolls" - a gorgeous presentation of 3 cone shaped hand rolls as delicious as it is stunning.
Chef Adan welcomes personal requests and will create a special chef's sushi menu upon request.
Bookbinder's sushi bar is open at 5pm 7 nights a week and available on the bar menu beginning at 4pm daily. Sushi is also available for takeout.
